Artists registrations are now open for the 20th edition of the China Tattoo Convention in Hangzhou.
Each artists booth, comes with a state-of-the-art LED backdrop backlighting for a clean and sophisticated look.

Each Tattoo Artists booth includes, 1 table, 2 chairs & 1 trash can.

BOOTH TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Booth registrations are open to all professional Chinese and international tattoo artists.
- All booth applications are subject to approval by the organizers.
- If your application is approved, you will receive a payment link to reserve your booth.
- Booth reservations are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
- The deadline for all booth payments is September 30th, 2026.
- Only tattoo artists officially registered with a booth are allowed to participate in the tattoo contests.
- Exhibitors are fully responsible for all costs related to transportation, customs, storage, insurance, taxes, permits, damages, visas, and any other expenses incurred during the event.
- International exhibitors are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa, travel documents, work permissions, and any other documentation required to enter and participate in the event in China.
- All exhibitors must comply with local laws, health regulations, hygiene standards, and safety requirements throughout the duration of the event.
- While the organizers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of exhibitors and visitors, the organization shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, accident, injury, or personal liability occurring during the event.
- In the event of “Force Majeure” circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, epidemics, government restrictions, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events beyond the organizers’ control, the organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, opening hours, location, or cancel the event entirely at their sole discretion.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizers due to Force Majeure circumstances, booth rental fees paid by exhibitors will be refunded. However, the organizers shall not be responsible for any additional costs, losses, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, production costs, shipping costs, or other damages incurred by exhibitors or their contractors.
- The organizers reserve the right to stop or prohibit any activity, display, behavior, or conduct considered inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, offensive, or disruptive to other exhibitors, visitors, sponsors, or the event itself.
- Exhibitors are permitted to sell artwork, prints, clothing, merchandise, and other tattoo-related products from their booth, provided such products comply with local laws and regulations.
- Booth sharing, transferring, or subletting is not permitted without prior written approval from the organizers.
- Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a clean, professional, and respectful booth environment at all times during the event.
- By participating in the event, exhibitors grant the organizers the right to photograph, film, and use images or videos of their booth, artwork, tattoos, and activities for promotional, editorial, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
- The organizers reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- No refunds will be issued for booth cancellations made within 15 days prior to the event.
- Submission of a booth application and/or payment of booth fees constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
